The Timerhub website is intended to provide track and field, cross country, and other race results posted on websites that have signed up for the service. Results posted using HyTek Meet Manager Pro and Runscore are supported. Results created using FinishLynx are used by the Timerhub Live Scoreboard, and Live Cross Country Scores Web Apps. This website is provided for personal education and information purposes only. At present, Timerhub is in BETA and is in an advanced stage of testing with end users.

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. If any malicious activity is detected, access to the website may be denied.

Use License

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Timerhub at any time.

Licence

You are granted a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use Timerhub.com. You can use our services on your device ("device" includes, but is not limited to, PCs, laptops, tablets and smart phones) for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Modification of the Service

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change the service and to make changes that may affect the previous operation of the Service. We reserve the right to establish limits to the number of events/reports entered into Timerhub.com and we may impose other limitations at any time, with or without notice.

Paid Service

Some services on Timerhub are a free; some services require an annual subscription.

Registration

To use the Timerhub formatting service you need to create an account and provide your email address, name, position, and affiliation. You agree that you will bear full responsibility for all activities under your Timerhub.com account. Such activities include but not limited to creation, dissemination, storage or display of contents through your account. In order to keep your account secure, we particularly remind you of certain measures including but not limited to safekeeping your password, installing anti-virus software, changing your password regularly, and logging out after use. If your account or password is stolen, you shall assume full responsibility for any and all the consequences.

If an account is not verified within 48 hours or valid events/reports are not entered, the account may be deleted.

Right to Post Results

You acknowledge that you will not collect, duplicate, store, disseminate or spread any information without permission. If you post information without permission, we will delete your account.

We provide a tool that only modifies the format of your content. You must take responsibility for the contents you transmit, upload, post or distribute through Timerhub.com. Please make sure you have the necessary authorization for submitting such content. You commit to respect others copyright as well as other lawful rights and shall NOT duplicate, upload or post unless authorized. Timerhub reserves the right to review, delete, remove or refuse to display any user content.

Timerhub does not own any of the school, team, or company logos depicted on index and results web pages. All team or school logos are used for informational purposes to highlight an athlete's affiliation. All team and league information, sports logos, company logos, and names contained within this site are properties of the schools, teams, and organizations.

To use Timerhub services, you agree to grant Timerhub.com worldwide, irrevocable and free license to display, process, maintain, or duplicate information you submit.

We reserve the right to post commercial and non-commercial advertisements in Timerhub.com for all service levels. The manner and extent of advertising are subject to change without prior notice.

The materials on Timerhub.com web site are provided "as is" and "as-available." No warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Timerhub.com does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Formats Supported

HyTek Meet Manager 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0: Realtime Results for cross country and track & field.

RunScore: Results for cross country and road races.

FinishLynx: Results created using the timerhub.lss file.

Formats not supported include but are not limited to: HyTek road races and triathlon; Race Director Road Races and Cross Country.

Limitations

In no event shall Timerhub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Timerhub.com's Internet site, even if Timerhub.com or a Timerhub.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Timerhub's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Timerhub does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Timerhub may make changes to the manner in which materials contained on its web site are presented at any time without notice. Timerhub does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Timerhub is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. Absolutely no personal information submitted to Timerhub, through membership sign up will be distributed to anyone or sold.

Account holders of Timerhub must be timing companies, meet or race organizers, organization public information officers, coaches, or designated organization representative over the age of 13 and have permission to allow Timerhub to republish results. No information of any sort is knowingly collected from children under the age of 13 and if we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, it will be promptly removed from our database(s).
